Yasin Reeder
Yasin Reeder is a former college football standout and a graduate of the University of Akron, where he earned a B.A. in Education. Upon his graduation, Yasin worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Operation Get Down in Detroit, Michigan for 2 years. Soon after, he reaffirmed his commitment to serve the community by becoming a County Sheriff. After serving as County Sheriff for 15 years, Yasin decided to pursue a life-long goal of becoming an entrepreneur.
He utilized his strong skills in operations management, public relations and communication, and relationship-building to grow Jus’ Us Commercial Cleaning. Yasin has been able to build a successful janitorial business which has expanded to several regions throughout the country. With a vision and goal for the future, this is only the beginning for Yasin and his team.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across the military, government, and private sectors, Joseph brings a unique blend of discipline, strategy, and business acumen to the commercial cleaning industry.

Joseph is a retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer and former 1102 Contract Specialist/Senior Program Analyst with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he managed multimillion-dollar programs and contracts. He has also served in leadership roles in environmental services, nonprofit operations, and team development.
Betty Fuenmayor
I’m Betty Fuenmayor, a detail-oriented professional with more than 10 years of experience in project management, customer service, and international logistics. Currently, I serve as Project Manager at Jus’ Us Commercial Cleaning in Detroit, where I oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
Before transitioning into facilities management, I built a strong career in logistics, working with companies such as CEVA Logistics, Pilot Freight Services, DSV Air & Sea, and Livingston International. My experience includes customs clearance, cargo tracking, and regulatory compliance, where I developed skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and client support.
I’m fluent in Spanish, hold an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Schoolcraft College, and have completed professional certifications in management and public speaking. I take pride in combining leadership, communication, and operational expertise to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
